The Concierge Office Suites begins in the central business district of downtown Chattanooga, an executive suite with the concierge concept of a five-star hotel.
Denise steps into ownership and tailors services to meet the emerging needs of her digital oriented clients. She develops events to help clients learn skills and connect with other business leaders.
She brings those lessons to a wider audience through events, workshops, speaking and her podcast/videocast, Just a Point of View. She's serious about AI integration for efficiency and brand building with the Human Authority Method. As a business leader she knows how important sharing your experience and how you help your clients is to building your business.

I live by these words. I’m a dangerous dreamer because I believe innovation is an everyday experience, and with innovation comes the opportunity to solve real problems. I help seasoned professionals, executives, and evolved entrepreneurs move from nighttime wishful thinking to daytime action: using practical techniques and clear processes to work through perceived obstacles, consider “what’s possible,” and find “what’s best for you.”
My approach was forged during 10 years in Corporate Quality Engineering with Shaw Industries Group, where I learned that theory must meet practical problem solving. Dreams without systematic execution remain vanity; dreams paired with engineering precision become unstoppable.
The Concierge Office Suites embodies what Bo Burlingham calls a “small giant,” a business born from dangerous dreaming that chose excellence and impact over endless growth. October 2025, we celebrated 30 years in business. We don’t just rent offices; we engineer transformation spaces where dangerous dreamers gather to turn “what if” into “what is.” Some clients have stayed almost 30 years.
